I started lifting weights again and the weight loss stopped abruptly. I guess that is okay as long as I make my weigh in. I was a little nervous about this one, but a few hours of flag football this morning put me in the zone!

Congratulations! That’s good to know about the lifting. How long ago did you start? Do you think it’s water, or giant slabs of pec muscle?
About a week ago. It is most likely water only. No pecs yet. :)
