Wow, I was .8 lb over when I woke up this morning so I went to the gym to see if I could sweat out the difference... I didn't realize I would lose 2.2 lb (in water)! I don't consider things like this cheating because you can't sweat yourself down 20 lb in 10 weeks. In the end, you really did lose ~20 lb!
