I knew I wasn't going to make it because we're redoing our bathroom this week. I tried going without food or water this morning but determined that wasn't a good idea when the day's activities include drywalling a bathroom. So, I didn't make it, oh well.

I'm kind of glad I missed last week's goal and my plan reset itself. I think for a couple of months I've been behind and making up for it by going to the gym the morning of my weigh-in. Wow, I was .8 lb over when I woke up this morning so I went to the gym to see if I could sweat out the difference... I didn't realize I would lose 2.2 lb (in water)! I don't consider things like this cheating because you can't sweat yourself down 20 lb in 10 weeks. In the end, you really did lose ~20 lb!
