In order to provide the most consistent service, we use Pingdom to track our site uptime. Please feel free to check out our public reports.

How do I change my avatar?

We use a service called Gravatar which is a globally recognized avatar. You sign up there and associate an avatar with an email address. In order for your Gravatar to show up on Lose It or Lose It, you must associate an avatar with the email address you used to sign up.

How do I change my username?

Right now we do not allow you to change your username through your account settings. This is because changing your username will break any past links in emails and tweets. If you really want to change your username, please email support at support@loseitorloseit.com and we will change it for you.

How do I change my email address?

We currently do not allow you to change your email address through your account settings. This is because we don't have a process in place yet for you to confirm your new email address. We plan to add it, but in the meantime, please email support at support@loseitorloseit.com to change your email address.
