I did a pretty good job this past week — five workouts, stayed away from MOST of the chocolate panna cotta cake, etc. And ended up a pound over my target (and that’s AFTER a brutal workout with Reuben the physical trainer at the Y.)
I almost decided to drive to the Airport Road YMCA and sit in the sauna for twenty minutes to reach my goal, but at some point I feel like I’d be losing sight of the goal, which is to lose TWENTY pounds over ten weeks, rather than just game the system each Monday. So I’m going to take the hit (you win this week, LIOLI!) and concentrate on sticking to my calorie and exercise targets this week. Let’s hope I can reach my goal weight without strenuous Monday-morning endgaming!

Only 1lb? I had some trouble this week too, but made it after seven days of aggressive cardio workouts. I missed the last two, so this one had to happen.
I think we are all a bit crazy for doing this over the holidays. :)
